[Czechia] Herní víkend

At first sorry, I'm unable to write in Polish language, so I will use English.

On Pionek there were some questions about gaming events in Czech Republic. So if anybody will be interested, you can come in second weekend of May to Czech Republic, we have quite big "Herní víkend".

Some things about this event:
- It is very informal, no tournaments, no official program, just playing games.
- It starts on Wednesday afternoon and ends Sunday afternoon. If you wish, you can come to any part of this time, it's totally up to you. Lot of czechs comes in Thursday or even Friday.
- It's in nice countryside there, you can easily walk around and/or do some sport activities. Every year there is one football match, you can join, it's voluntary.
- Many gamers have their family with children (for example I will have there my wife and one 15 months old son), so it's no problem if you will come with your family.
- We are playing, eating and sleeping on one place, so there is no need to go to another place. Also gaming rooms are open non-stop, so you can play as you like.
- Event is held on place which is near highway from Prague to Brno. For example from Gliwice it is about 3 hours of driving, from Wroclaw about 4. More informations about place: http://www.podmitrov.cz/

PS: Be careful with date, "květen" in Czech is not April, but May!

Very interesting proposition. Last year I was invited by Lada Smejkal, but I couldn't leave family. This year it could be easier. If some gamers from Warsaw decide to go, I will join the group. Maybe that weekend my daughter won't be ill.

As you know I am very, very interested - and I also think I may solve some Tycjan problems as well
I will inform all guys in Wrocław, so I hope that together with Tycjan we will make a strong company from Opole and Wrocław.
As Draco writes I do hope there will be some more people interested as well

As Petr said the main stream starts on Thursday, and in fact that could be great to have such 4-5 day boardgame weekend; though I'm afraid not many can go on Thursday (nor Wednesday )

I think the best would be to get info on the plans of all that want to go. Especially that there is a registration needed, as well as I think we would like to book the hotel there (from my calculation - 1 night costs ca. 60-70 pln, with all meals).
So some haste is needed - let's say will make our plans and declarations until 2 April? Is it OK to all of you?
And treat this post as a proposal only, I do not want to be any kind of "official organizer" or anything
